That the petitioner shall be responsible for replattting the property being developed, including 16 dedication the relocated Sibiey Street right-of-way and the additional right-of-way along the east 17 side of the existing Temperance Street right-of-way in accordance with glans approved by the 18 Department of Public Works. 19 20 2. That the relocation of Sibley Street necessitates restricted traffic movements, specifically that only right turns shall be pernutted onto Sibley Street and only right turns out of Sibley Street, both north and souYh of Ninth Street. 1 5. That a permanent, full-width, utility easement shall be retained on, over, under and across the 2 vacated azea on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works to reserve the right 3 of the City to maintain and operate any sanitary or storm sewers, street lighting and traffic signal 4 facilities in or upon said easement and to enter upon said easement or any portion thereof at any 5 time and from time to time, for the purposes of future construction, reconstruction, inspecting, 6 maintaining or repauing the same or any part thereof.
