WHEREAS, the City Council , by Council File No. 266997, approved
April 1 , 1976, recognized the West �#de Citizens ' Organization as
the general district council for District 3; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Office has advised the Council that the
West Side Citizens ' Organization has requested funds from, the Comnunity
Development Block Grant Year II allocation for citizen participation
in the amount of $22,936.40; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
approve and appropriate the attached budget for the West Side Citizens '
Organization for the period Jurre 1 , 1976 through June 30, 1977, and
the Mayor's Office is authorized and directed to administer the budget
on behalf of the organization in accordance with such procedures as
may be established by the Mayor's Office.
