RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Joseph Rodriguez the sum of $212.50 in full settle-
ment of his cla im of damages susta ined on or about
May 9, 1976, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on June 10, 1976.
2. Susie L. Nelson the sum of $62.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
December 5, 1975, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on July 27, 1976.
3. Virginia DeWitt the sum of $20.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
May 25, 1976, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on June 10, 1976.
4. Rol.and Carpenter and Elizabeth J. Carpenter the sum
of $700.00 in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about October 15, 1974, as
more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on November 7, 1974.

CLAIMS A GAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOSEPH RODRIGUEZ, SUSIE L. NELSON, �
VIRGINIA DE WITT, AND R�P,ND CARPENTER
AND ELIZABETH J. CARPENTER
Claimant, Joseph Rodriguez was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police,
vehicle on May 9, 1976. Liability is on the part of
the city. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Rodriguez' claim in the amount of $212.50.
Claimant, Susie L. Nelson, requests reimbursement for
damages to her roof which occurred when a City of
Sa�int Paul crew was trimming trees. Liability is on the
part of the city. This office approves the settlement
of Ms. Nelson' s claim in the amount of $62.00.
Claimant, Virginia DeWitt, requests reimbursement for
property damage and medical expenses which occurred as
a result of a sidewalk fall. Liability is on the part
of the �ity. This office approves the settlement of
Ms. DeWitt' s claim in the amount of $20.00.
Claimants, Roland��Carpenter and Elizabeth J. Carpenter,
request reimbursement for damages to their property which
occurred when the City of Saint Paul installed a sidewalk
adjacent to their property. Liability is on the part
of the �ity. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. and Mrs. Carpenter' s claim in the amount of $700.00.
