WHEREAS , the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement
has requested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider
the advisability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and re-
moval of the following described building, said structure having been
reported to constitute a public hazard:
743 Ashland Ave. Lot 30, Block 1, Two-story frame
Palace Addition dwelling
WHEREAS , it appears that the last known record owner of said
building is Morris Gertz , C/o Mrs. Joyce Schuleman, 2023 Pinehurst
Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55116.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber
of the Court House in said city at 10 :00 A.M. on August 26, 1976 to
consider the advisability and necessity of orclering the correction or
wrecking and removal of said structure on the aboee described property
inasmuch as said structure is reported to constitute a hazard to pub-
lic health, safety and welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code
Enforcement, on behalf of the City Council, notify by mail the record
owner of the property in question at the last known address , as well
as other interested persons of record of the date and time of the
hearing.
