A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein, for the
above improvement, and the award of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the \•

RESOLVED, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identified `
by the signature of the Director of Finance and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such���
lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and confirmed.

A permanent easement for sewer purposes on, over and
across the following described property: All of Lots
thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) in Block seven (7) in
Kipp's Glen Terrace Addition to St. Paul according to
the recorded plat thereof on file in the Office of the
Register of Deeds in and for said Ramseq County,
lying Southeasterlq of a line fifty (50) feet North-
westerly of and parallel to the centerline of
Grantor's railroad track as now laid out and eatablished.
Award of damages to owner $350.00
Any person whose interest in property has been condemned or taken may
appeal, or an appeal may be taken on his behalf, from the ratification and
confirmation of the condemnation or from the award of damages or both.
A written notice of appeal shall be filed with the city clerk within 40 days
of the ratification, confirniation, and award of damages.
The written notice of appeal shall specify the name of the appellsnt,
a description of the property in which he has or claims an interest, the
nature of his interest, and the objections he has to the condemnation, or
award or both.
Within ten days after the notice of appeal has been filed with the
city clerk, the notice of appeal shall he filed with the clerk of the
Mstrict Court.

That he has fixed and determined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and appropriated for the
above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the owners thereof, and the persons to whom
such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined the amount of benefits to property, from the making of
said improvement, not exceeding the cost thereof, and that attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified
with the signature of the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.

Resolved. That the said assessment
of beneflts be and the same is hereby
approved.
Resolved, Further, That a public
hearing be had before the Council
upon said report and for a con8rmation
of the awards of damages made by
the Direetor of Finance and also
upon the said assessment of benefits•
at the Council Chamber, in the Court
House in the City of St. Paul on
