Green Sheet # �O (o �-� � �� Referred To Committee: Date 1 WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code § 376.17(c) requires new appiicants for a 2 ta�cicab driver's license to successfully complete a taxicab driver training course as a prerequisite forlicensure;and 0 10 11 12 13 14 15 WHEREAS, § 376.17(d) permits an applicant to obtain a provisional operator license which authorizes the driver to operate until the first available opening in a training class, at which time the applicant must enroll in and successfuily complete the class; and WHEREAS, William Hageman was issued a provisionai operator license by the Office of LIEP and was notified of the taacicab driver training course to begin on Monday, February 5, 2001, but failed to attend and successfully compiete the course; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the provisional operator license (license ID # 20000000423) issued to William Hageman is hereby revoked for failure to enroll in and successfuily complete the required taxicab driver training course.
