�n the past prov�tded �und�ng to neighborhood health clinics;
and
WHEREAS, the Face to Face Health � Counseling Service
has incurred an operating deficit of $5,627. 00 in 1976 due to
a lack of anticipated revenues from its sliding fee schecule;
and
WHEREAS, this clinic serves the needs of the people of
both the City of Saint Paul and the Coun�y of Ramsey, now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves and directs the proper city officials to pay to
the Face to Face Health � Counseling Service the sum of $5,627. 00,
said sum to be payable from Account No. 03200-215; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council reques�s the Ramsey
County Board of Commissioners to assist the City in the payment
of said sum because of the benefits inuring to the citizens of
Ramsey County.
