F. 265667 adopted June 24, 1975, established the City of Saint Paul Hous- ing Rehabilitation Program Advisory Committee and included within the membership representatives of the City Council; and WHEREAS, The City Council now desires to amend this Resolution so as to permit the City Council member appointed to the said committee to designate a representative with the full powers to vote on behalf of the Council member; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby amend City Council Resolution C. F. 265667 so as to provide that City Council members serving on the City of Saint Paul Housing Rehabilitation Program Advisory Committee may appoint a xepresentative to serve on this committee on behalf of the Council member and that this Council representative shall have full rights and powers as a member of the committee, includ- ing the right to vote.
