RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the C ity A ttorney, the proper C ity of f icers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to Austin Mutual Insurance
Company and Juanita Morgan the sum of $143.55 in full
settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or
about November 26, 1974, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on February 27 ,
1975.

Claimant, Austin Mutual Insurance Company, requests
reimbursement for monies paid to their insured,
Juanita Morgan, for damages to the Morgan vehi�cle
which was involved in an automobile accident with
a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works vehicle
on November 26, 1974. Liability is on the part of the
City. This office approves the settlement of the
above claim in the amount of $143 .55.
