Sycamore ° � File No. 221.4 Honorable Council: The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement is hereby sub- mittings its report on the condition of the structure at the location reterred to above. The owner of record is Fred C. O'Nei1, 2325 N. Dale St. , St. Paul, Minnesota 55113. The legal description of the property is : The North 2.5 feet of Lot 19 and all of Lot 10 , Block 6, Drake 's Second Addition. This building is a large barn or shed. The roof has collapsed and�the entire building is in a dilapidated and hazardous condition and should be condemned and removed as soon as possible. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority is not in the proces� of acquir- ing or intending to acquire this property. Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the dam- age despite our warnings and the continued vacant and boarded up con- dition contributes a blighting influence on the neighborhood, it is the recommendation of this Division that this matter be referred ta the City Attorney's office for razing and removal through District Court proceedings.
