RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City offic�rs are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. American Family Insurance Group and Clarence Howard
the sum of $592.51 in full settlement of his claim
of damages sustained on or about March 10, 1976, as
more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on April 6, 1976.
2. C. G. Rein Company the sum of $104.00 in full settle-
ment of its cla im of damages susta ined on or about
March 5, 1976, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on April 6, 1976.
3. Wilbur K. Bush the sum of $45.55 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 12, 1976, as more particularly set out in a
communication to thet�City Council on January 29, 1976.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE GROUP AND
CLARENCE HOWARD; C. G. REIN COMPANY;
ANDi'�WILBUR K. BUSH
Claimant, American Family Insurance Group and Clarence
Howard, request reimbursement for damages to Mr. Howard' s
motor vehicle. Mr. Howard was involved in an accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police vdzicle
on April 6, 1976. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of their claim in
the amount of $592.51.
Claimant, C. G. Rein Company, requests reimbursement for
damages to one of its motor vehicle which was involved
in an accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Public Works vehicle on March 5, 1976. Liability is on
the part of the City. This office approves the settle-
ment of C. G. Rein Company' s claim in the amount of
$104.00.
Claimant, Wilbur K. Bush, requests reimbursement for
bushes damaged by a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Community Services, Division of Parks and Recreation
snow p�3:ow. Liability is on the part of the City. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Bush' s claim in
the amount of $45.55.
