WHEREAS, Keith Hoime, 778 South Smith Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, has ma.de application No. 8231 for a general repair
garage license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Fire and Safety Services
recommended denial of the application because of non-compliance
with fire code regulations in regard to spray painting eq�ipment;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant agreed that he would not perform or
allow any spray painting to take place on the licensed premises,
and would remove any such equipment from the premises; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the application of Keith Hoime for said
� general repair garage license is hereby approved subject to
� two express conditions:

` 1. The licensee wiil neither perform nor permit any
spr�.y painting of vehicles or vehicle parts on the
` licensed premises; and
2. The licensee will remove all spray painting
equipment from the premises within 10 days.
