Pursuant to Resolution of this Council, the Mayor, the City Clerk and Director of Finance and Management Services of the City, were designated pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475 .60, to receive, consider and award the sale of $25,8g0,000.00 General Obligation Refunding Bonds of 1976, Series A, B, C, D, E, pursuant to notice of sale heretofore duly published as required by law. 2. In accordance with the aforesaid notice of sale, bids were to be received on or before 12 :00 noon on June 8, 1976, in the office of Roger A. Mattson, Director of Finance and Management Services . An award was to be made at a meeting to be held at 3 :00 p.m, on the same day. 3. This Council has received the report of the Mayor, the City Clerk and the Director of Finance and Management Services that no bids were received and no award therefor made, copy of which report is attached hereto as Exhibit A. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St . Paul, that the Director of Finance and Management Services and Springsted Incorporated, the Cityts fiscal consultant in connection with the aforesaid issue be, and they hereby are, authorized to receive and discuss any offers complying with the aforesaid notice of sale that are received in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 475 .60, and to report any such offers when received to this Council .
