PAUL AREA CHAPTER OF THE SOCIETY FOR THE PRESERVATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF BARBER SHOP QUARTET SINGERS IN AMERICA, INC. , hereina.fter referred to as "Singers"; WITNESSETH: IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE CITY AND SINGERS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City will provide the Singers appropriate and � ample space to practice at the City's facility known as the Mounds Park Recreation Center every Tuesday evening from 7:00 P.M. until 12:00 MIDNIGHT. 2. That the City will provide storage for the Singers ' risers, chairs, file cabinet�s, scenery and music-connected equipment at the Mounds Park Recreation Center. 3. That the City will provide additiona.l usage of said Center beyond tha.t stated in paragraph 1 upon notification to and approval by the director of said Center. 4. That the City will use its best efforts to provide pub- licity for the Singers' events and will further make every effort to provide parking at the rear of said Center for the Singers' accommodation. 5. That this Agreement will continue unless terminated by ninety (90) days' notice of one party to the other. 9. That the Singers agree tha.t at all times hereunder it is an independent contractor, and not regular employees of the City and therefore entitled to none of the benefits accorded regular em- ployees of the City. 10.
