Allowing the display and/or consumption of intoxicating liquor on the premises located at 678 Concordia. 2. Allowing the storing and/or using of gambling devices on the premises located at 678 Concordia. 3. Allowing the illegal sale of intoxicating liquor at the premises at 678 Concordia on March 6, 1976, March 13, 1976, and Maxch 14, 1976; and such grounds were communicated to the licensee by letters dated May 13, 1976, and May 17, 1976; and WHEREAS, such letters were received by the licensee and the licensee was present at the public hearing before the License Committee, June 2, 1976, at 9:00 a.m. , with his attorney, Paul Ra.y, Esquire; and WHEREAS, sworn testimony was taken by the License Committee, taken down by court reporter, of the following witnesses: Joseph F.
