"civilian" All-Terrain Mountain Bike, which has a retail value of agprogimately $2,000, and
WHE�EAS, this Police Mountain Bike will be used by the officers of the St. Paul Police Department's
bike patrol, and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of this gift will be to improve community policing using the bike
patrol, and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul accepts this donation and ebtends its sincere thanks to
Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC for this generous donation.
