4�HEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul , by its resolution,
Council File No. 266181 , adopted October 9, 1975, approved interim financing
for citizen participation within the Neighborhood Development Program areas
from the Community Development Year I Dedicated Contingency Fund for Citizen
Participation, at the monthly expenditure rate of $10,516.19; and
WHEREAS, Council File No. 267006 extended the contract period through
May 31 , 1976, which is the end of Community Development Year I; and
WHEREAS, the PAC organizations in the former neighborhood development
program areas are progressing with the reorganization and restructuring of
their organizations as provided for in Council File No. 266179, which
established the ten-step citizen participation process; and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been scheduled by the City Council for
each of the four PAC areas; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the PAC contracts be extended at the funding levels as
follows:
