A. Lindeke et al, 1537 Atlantic St. , St. Paul 55106 and Donald E. Neumann, 1023 Stryker Avenue, St. Paul 55107 . The legal description of the property is: Lot 4, and N2 of Lot 5, Block 8, Edmund Rice's Fourth Addition. Due to extensive fire damage, age and deterioration, this building is beyond feasible rehabilitation and should be condemned and removed as soon as possible. Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitue a public hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage despite our warnings, and the continued vacant and boarded up condition contributes a blighting influence on the neighborhood, it is the recom- mendation of this Division that this matter be referred to the City Attorney's office for razing and removal through District Court pro- ceedi s.
