WHEREAS, Mr. Ray Williams has announced his retirement from
the St. Paul Public Schools after twenty-five years of dedicated
service as a teacher and On-the-Job Training Coordinator at
Mechanic Arts High School ; and �
WHEREAS, Mr. Ray Williar�s is a lifelong resident of St. Paul
who has been deeply involved in providing occupational and counseling
assistance to thousands of young people in St. Paul ; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ray Williams ' career has been characterized by a
strong devotion to the development and well-being of our city's youth;
so, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that this Council expresses its gratitude and deep
appreciation to Mr. Ray Williams for his years of unselfish service
and corr�nitment to young people; and be it '
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Council Expresses its best wishes
to Mr. and Mrs . Ray William,s for a r�warding and happy retirement.
