RESOLVED, that upon the execution of a Release
of All Claims approved by the City Attorney, the proper
City officers are authorized and directed to pay out
of Tort Liability Fund No. 09070-511-000 to Farmers
Insurance Group the sum of One Thousand Ninety-one
and 68/100 ($1,091.68) Dollars as full settlement of
its subrogation claim arising out of an accident
occurring on September 5, 1975 on I35E east of Jackson
Street whereby a City vehicle struck its insured vehicle
from the rear.
