RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized arxl directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Howard and Marie Constant the sum of $18.00 in fu11
settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or
about March 15, 1976, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on April l, 1976.
2. Mrs. Donald Rich the sum of $16.00 in full settlement
of her claim of damages sustained on or about March 4,
1976, as more particularly set out in a communica-
tion to the City Council on March 25, 1976.
3. Jo�hn Temperante the sum of $38.00 in full settlement
of his claim of damages susta�a.�ed on or about
November 26, 1975, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on April 22, 1976.
4. John Manville the sum of $38.00 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about
November 26, 1975, as more particularly set out in
a communicat�n to the City Coi�ncil on March 25, 1976.

BY HOWARD AND MARIE CONSTANT; �
MRS. DONALD RICH; JOHL�T TEMPERANTE;
AND JOHN MANVILLE
Claimant, Howard and Marie Constant, request reimbursement
for damages to their automobile resulting when the vehicle
hit a chuck hole. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of the Constant' s
claim in the amount of $18.00.
Claimant, Mrs. Donald Rich, requests reimbursement for
damages to her screen as the result of nearby tree
trimming. Liability is on the part � the City. This
office approves the settlement of Mrs. Rich' s claim in
the amount of $16.00.
Claimant, John Temperante and John Manville, request
reimbursement for expenses incurred as a result of
changing their house numbers upon the request of the City.
This procedure took place twice. Liability is on the
part of the City. This office approves the settlement
of Mr. Temperante' s claim in the amount of $38.00 and
of Mr. Manville' s claim in the amount of $38.00.
