WHEREAS, The City Council by Resolution 267920 adopted
September 28, 1976, authorized the submission of a grant appli-
cata.on to the United States Department of Commerce for the
r�model�ing} of the City Hall Annex; and
WHEREAS, the City' s application was duly submitted and a
grant in the amount of $3,949,600.00 has been offered to the
City of Saint Paul, and the Mayor has recommended that the City
accept it; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept the said grant from the United States Department of
. Commerce, Economic Development Administration, for the remodel�ing
of the City H,all Annex, and the Mayor is authorized to accept the
s�id grant on behalf of the City of Saint Paul and to perform all
acts and provide all assurances required in the said acceptance
of grant.
