WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways for the State of Minnesota has
caused to be prepared: plans, special provisions and specifications for
the i�rovement of Trunk Highway No. 390, renumbered as Trunk Highway No.
35E, wi thin th� corporate 1 imi ts of the Ci ty of St. Paul , frc�m West
Seventh Street to Duke Street; and,
WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the Office of the Department of
Transportation, St. Paul , Minnesota; being �rked, labeled and identified
as: S.P. 6280-193 �35E�390) ; and,
WHEREAS, said special provisions are on file in the Office of the
Department of Transportation, St. Paul , Minnesota; being marked, labeled
and identified as: S.P. 6280-193 (35E•39o) , and which, together with,
the Minnesota Depart�ent of Higt�ways Standard Speciflcations for Highway
Construction, dated Janwa ry 1, 1972, as amended by Minnesota Departaaent of
Highways Suppiementai Specifications for Highway Construction, dated April
1, 1976, will govern, and which•are on file in the offtce of the Commissioner
of Transportation, constitute the specifications for said improvement of
Trunk HigM�vay No. 390, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35E; and,
WHEREAS, copies of said ptans and special provisio�s as so marked,
labeled and identified are also o� file in the Office of. the Director of
Pubtic Works; and,
WHEREAS, the term, said plans and special provisions, as hereinafter
�ssd in the body of this Resolution witl be dee�r�ed and intended to mean,
refer to and incorporate the plans •and special provisions in the foregoing
recitais particularly identified and described; and,

NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said pians and special provisions for
the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 390, renumbered as Trunk NigM�vay No. 35E,
within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul , be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE� that the elevations and grades as shown in said
plans and special provisions are hereby approved and consent is hereby given
to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of Trunk
Highway No. 390, renumbered Trunk Highway No. 35E, in accordance with said
plans and special provisions.
