WI�REAS, It has been deemed advisable and desirable for the City of
Saint Paul to repa:ir Bridge No. 92797 (City Project B-�o56) and to caxry
out channelization and bituminous overlay work on I�LLO(',G BOUIEVARD from
Satnt Peter Street to Wabasha Street (City Pro�ect P-0622); and
W�REAS, Said pro�ects are on a Trunk Highway (T.H. 5) and axe
eligible for financin� using Municipal State Aid Funds (M.S.A• Project
16�+-010-20);
NOW T�-IEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That we do hereby appropriate funds,
not to exceed the sura of $340,000 from our Municipal State Aid Funds to
apply towaxd the financin� of said construction and request the Com�nissioner
of Transportation of the State of Minnesota to approve this authorization.
