ment, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits conferred thereon; that the said
assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached, identified by the signature of the said Director, and made a part
hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action
thereon as may be considered proper.

As a courtesy to you, and as required by law, we want to notify you about a public
hearing which may affect you. �
The Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall and Court House (third floor) at 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 1977 to
consider the ratification of the assessment for the Boarding-Up of Vacant Buildings and
Summary Abatement of Nuisances, which work has already been completed.
The recommended assessment against the property described below is as follows:
Lot Block Addition Assessment
Within twenty days after the order adopting the assessment, any person may appeal to the
District Court by filing a notice of appeal with the City Clerk stating the grounds upon
which the appe.31 is taken. Such notice shall be filed with the Clerk of the District
Court within ten days after the filing with the City Clerk. (CharCer Section 14.01.4}
Failure to file the required notices within the times specified shall forever prohibit an
appeal from the assessment.
You are invited to meet with the technical advisors in the City Council Chambers between
9:30 and 10:00 a.m, the same day as the hearing. For additional in€ormation, please call
the DepartmenC of Community Services at 298-5644.
It is further recommended that }rou attend this public hearing to afford you the opportunity
to make your views known to the City Council. To comply with the City Charter, the Depart-
mer►t of Finance and Management Services is charged with informing you of this public
hearing. �
Formal billing can be made upon adoption and publication of the above improvement.
