RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Daisy Stiff the sum of $350.00 in full settle-
� ment of her claim of damages .sustained on or about
April 12, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on April 26,
1977 .
2. C. William McCollister the sum of $63.07 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about February, 1977, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council
on May 24, 1977.
3. June R. Seaver the sum of $27 .20 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
July 14, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on July 26, 1977.

CLAIMS AGATNST CITY OF SAINT PAUL

Claimant, Daisy Stiff, requests reimbursement �or med�.cal expenses
and damages to eyeglasses �rhich were damaged when she fell on
city sidewalk on April 12, 1977. This office approves the settle-
ment of Ms. Stiff's claizn in the amount of $350.00.
Claimant, C. William McCollister, requests re�.mbursement �or damages
to his vehicle which occurred when his car struck a hole in the
street in February, 1977, at or near 60 East Sixth Street. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. McCollister 's claim in the
amount of $63 .07 .
Claimant, June R. Seaver, requests reiz�ursement �ox damages to
the side mirror of her camper. The mirror was knocked off by a
City of Saint Paul, Lighting Bureau, truck. This office approves
the settlement of Ms. Seaver 's claim in the amount of $27 .20 .
