WHEREAS, the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement
has requested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider
the advisability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and re-
moval of the following described building, said structure having
been reported to constitute a public hazard:
561-63 Laurel Ave. South 127.5 ft. of Three-story, brick
Lot 22, Block 6 , 14 unit apartment
Woodland Park Addn. building
WHEREAS, it appears that the l.ast known record owner is Dunn &
Stringer Realtors, 200 Endicott Building on Fourth St. , St. Paul,
Minnesota, Attn. Mr. Pryor.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of 5aint Paul in the Council Chamber
of the Court House in said city at 10:00 A.M, on March 31, 1977 to
consider the advisability and neoessity of ordering the correction or
wrecking and removal of said structure on the above described property
inasmuch as said structure is reported to constitute a hazard to
public health, safety and welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code
Enforcement, on behalf of the City Council, notify by mail the record
owner of the property in question at the last known address, as well
as other interested persons of record, of the date and time of the
hearing.
