I am asking the City Council by way of the attached resolution to establish a Task Force to study this matter and report its findings to the Mayar and Council. John Geisler has consented to serve as Chairman of the Task Force. Other members include Milton Knoll, Hoerner- Waldorf; Mertyce Mayne, League of Women Voters; Roger Puchreiter, Public Works Department; and Daniel Schacht, Ramsey County Engineer' s Office. Additionally, the Task Force will have access to technical staff where necessary to conduct its study and prepare its report and recommendatians. Because of the timing related to this issue and the preparation of the annual Metropolitan Wastewater Control Commission budget, I ask your timely action on this resolution. Sincerely, .
