RESOLUTION
OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA

2 WHEREAS, Dag, Inc., d/b/a Champps St. Paul, located at 2401 West Seventh Street, in Saint Paul, has requested
3 a waiver of the 45-day waiting notice requirement for issuance of On-Sale Liquor - Outdoor Service license; and

WFIEREAS, the Highland District Council has agreed to the waiver of the notice
requirements; and
8 WFIEREAS, the City Council finds that the application is in order and there aze no grounds for denial of the
9 license and that failure to grant the waiver and the consequent delay in approving the license would cause exceptional and
10 unusual hardship to the license applicant; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the licensee agrees that in the event a complaint is received prior to the expiration of the 45-day
13 period and the complaint provides a basis for adverse action against the license, the Office of License, Inspections and
14 Environmental Protection may direct the licensee to immediately discontinue all operations until a public heazing is
15 scheduled, and that the licensee shall comply with said directive; now, therefore, be it
16
17 RESOLVED, that the 45-day notice requirement of Section 409.06 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby
18 waived and the On-Sale Liquor - Outdoor Service license is hereby issued to Dag, Inc. d/b/a Champps St. Paul, located at
192401 West Seventh Street, subject to the agreement stated above.
