Said money shall be payable to the City on or about July 1, 1977. 3) Independent School District #625 shall be responsible �or planning, designing, and � development of the joint-use recreation area (such joint use being to the benefit of the community and in accord with the use of Community Development funds) with the advice of the community and the City Department of Community Services. 4) At the time that Independent School District #625 enters into�a,�nstruction contract for the development of the site, the City agrees to pay $105,000 ��o�a�ra the cost of that development; and the Independent School District #625 shall bc�res;pQ�sible for the balance of the development costs. 5) The use, operation, and maintenance of the completed Marshall-Webster facility will be subject to future City Council and 5chool Board joint agreement.
