Doyle vs. City f Saint Paul T�:e cla�.m against the City of Saint Paul by Joseph A� Doyle, claimant, age 13, who was allegedly assaulted by the manager of the Highland Park Pool on July 19, 1g73 when the manager pushed claimant into a locker door which resulted in the chipping of two front teeth, which will have to be capped with permanent crowns.
