WHEREAS, the Co�nissioner of the Department of Transportation for the State of
Minnesota has caused to be prepared: plans, special provisions and specifications
for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 390 and 392, renumbered as Trunk Highway
No. 35E and 94, within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul , at the Junction
of T.H. 94 and 35E, and
WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the Office of the Department of Transportation,
St. Paul , Minnesota; being marked, tabeled and identified as: S.P. 6280-213-215-9647
(35E=39�) , S.P. 6282-g645-6755 (94=392) and S.P. 6283-104-106 (94=392) ; and,
WHEREAS, said special provisions are on file in the Office of the Department of
Transportation, St. Paul , Minnesota; being marked, labeled and identified as:
S.P. 6280-213-215-9647 �35E=39�) , S.P. 6282-9645-6755 �94=392) , and S.P. 6283-104-
106 (g4=392) , and which, together with, the Minnesota Department of Highways Standard
Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1 , 1972, as amended by Minnesota
Department of Highways Supplemental Specifications for Highway Construction, dated
April 1, 1976, will govern, and which are on file in the Office of the Commissioner
of Department of Transportation, constitute the specifications for said improvement
of Trunk Highway No. 390 and 392, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35E and 94; and,
WHEREAS, copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and
identified are also on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the term, said plans and special provisions, as hereinafter used in the body
of this Resolution will be deemed and intended to mean, refer to and incorporate the
plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and
described; and,
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement
of Trunk Highway No. 390 and 392, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 35E and 94, within
the corporate timits of the City of St. Paul , be and hereby are approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans and
special provisions are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and ali
changes in grade occasioned by the construction of Trunk Highway No. 3g0 and 392,
renumbered Trunk Highway No. 35E and 94, in accordance with said plans and special
provisions.
