ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
December 23, 1976, as �re particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on December 30 , 1976.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JANICE JONES
Claimant, Janice Jones, was involved in a;,motor vehicle
acciden t with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Fire
and Safety Services vehicle on December 23, 1976, near
Hazlewood near Maryland Avenue. Expenses are for the
repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Ms. Jones' claim in the amount of
$329. 98.
