with the property identification number of 02-28-22-44-0031, was assessed the amount of $121.64.
WHEREAS, the sidewalk inspector discovered that no sidewalk was constructed at 2230 Falcon Avenue, said
assessment should be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment amount of $121.64 be hereby rescinded.
