ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
June 3, 1976, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on July 6, 1976.

Claimant, Charles Tierney, requests reimbursement for
damages to his daughter' s bike which occurred when she
hit two pot hol�s while riding her bike north on
Lexington Avenue near Jefferson Avenue. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Tierney' s claim in the
amount of $21. Q0.
