� RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve Amendment to Agreement between the City and
James B. McComb, said Agreement providing that Mr. McComb wi11
act as a tax consultant for the City of Saint Paul on State
legi�lation, and the Amendment increasing the maximum a�ount
• of compensation to be paid by the City to the sum of $16,511.50,
and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to
execute the Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City.

AMENDMENT TO AGREE�'IENT
AN AGREEMENT, dated this day of December, 1977, by and
between the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, hereinafter called "City" and
JAMES B. MC COMB, hereinafter called "Consultant",
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, City and Consultant have entered into an Agreement
dated June 28, 1976, whereby Consultant would act as a tax consultant
for the City on state legislation and provide certain services as �
more fully set forth in the said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement was amended as of the 5th day of January,
1977, to provide an increase in compensation from $15,500.00 to
$16,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant now wish to amend the said
agreement, as amended, so as to increase the total compensation to
be paid by City to $16,511.50; .
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED, by and between the City.
and Consultant, that that certain Agreement between the parties,
dated June 28, 1976, as amended, be and the same is hereby further .
amended so as to increase the total compensation to be paid by
City to Consultant for services rendered in accordance with the said
Agreement to a sum not to exceed $16,511.50 for all such services,

and that the rema.ining terms and conditions .of the said Agreement of
June 28, 1976, shall continue in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agree-
ment to be executed as of the day and year first above written.
