RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept from Independent School District No. 625 dedication
of a 40 foot sanitary sewer easement over a portion of Lots 14
through 19, Block 10, Como Heights Addition, and the City Attorney
is hereby authorized to record the said grant of easement in the
Office of the County Recorder.

Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 14; thence East
� along the south line extended of said Block 10, Como Heights
; Addition a distance of 184.06 feet to the point of beginning
of the line to be describecl; thence deflect to the left at an
� angle of 105 degrees 30 minutes 38 seconds a distance of 5.50
feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of �39 degrees
� 33 minutes 34 seconds a distance of 234.38 feet; thence deflect
� to the right at an angle of 48 degrees OS minutes 02 seconds a
