RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of St. Paul that the
designation of Peter G. Hames by the Mayor, to serve as acting
Ma.yor pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.02 of the Charter
for the period from January 5 to January 15, is hereby approved;
. and, be it
' ` FURTHER RESOLVED, that this service is subject always to
the Ma.yor' s control and direction and that upon the expiration
of tl�e designated time period, the preceding designation of
Richard Broeker as acting Mayor shall remain in full force and
effect.
