The Council of the City ��f Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, t�ereby resolves:
1. That the said report a�id the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 35�000.00 T,
2. That a public hearing be had on aid improvement on the 17th day af
Janu,�ry, 197� , , at 10:00 o'clock am., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court I�ouse Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said pu blic hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
, time and place of heari�ig,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
