RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Dr. George W. Goodlad the sum of $50 .00 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on or
about January 11, 1977, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
April 19, 1977.
2. Kris L. Hulsebus the sum of $24 .00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
November l5, 1977, as more pa.rticularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on Novemb��r 22,
1977 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SATINT PAUL
BY DR. GEORGE W. GOODLAD AND KRIS L. HULSEBUS
Claimant, Dr. George W. Goodlad, was involved in an automobile
accident with ai,City of Saint Paul , Department of Community
Services, vehicle on January 11, 1977. Expenses are for the
repair of the damaged vehic le. This of fice approves the settle-
ment of Dr. Goodlad's claim in the amount of $50 .00
Claimant, Kris L. Hulsebus, requests reimbursement for towing
and storage charges when her disabled vehicle was towed from
the downtown area. This office approves the sett-�.ement of
Ms. Hulsebus ' claim in the amount of $24. 00 .
