Appropriate $20,000 to the Taylor School Sitework groject by amending the 19?6 and 1977
Capital Improven�nt Budgets.
PURPOSE Ai�TD RATI4�tALE FOR THIS ACTION: �
The requested transfer� are needed to prouide the City's share of sitework financing.
Saint Paul was awarded a Lawcon Grant of $37,500. The land was surplus school property
which was transferred to Parks and Recreation. No recreation building is planned to be
constructed at this site. r
The request has been approved by the Budget Director, the Director of Finance and Man-
agement Services, and the City Attorney.
The CIB Committee recommended approval at their July 12, 1977, meeting.
