Regarding Grant Weat's re�ppointment, I followed the reasoni�g that the date of confirmationtby Council of the appointinent is the beginning of the term of office, � wliich otherwise would have been September 2. Then under Section 8 I found myself raising the usual questions: (n) I assume "Ag�ncy" office holds et any locution so therefore needs no particular notation.
