RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
• release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l. J. M. Tinklenberg the sum of $71.37 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
May 9, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on June 28 , 1977.

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAI.NT PAUL

Claimant, was involved in an automobile accident w�th a CitX of
Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, veha.cle on May 9, 1977.
Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. TY�i,s of�a.ce
approves the settlement of Mr. Tinklenberg's claim in the amount
of $71.37 .
