AMENDMENT OF LEASE
THIS AGREEMENT is made this 20th day of December, 2000, by and between the State of
Minnesota, Department of Administration acting for the benefit of the Plant Manaaement Division,
hereinafter referred to as LESSOR, and the Citv of St Paul Department of Police 100 East 11
Street St. Paul Minnesota 55101 hereinafter referred to as LESSEE, shall be considered as an
amendment and addition to Lease Agreement No. I-4121,
WI7NESSETH;
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Administration is empowered by Minnesota Statute 16B.24 Subd.5
to rent out state-owned property, and
WHEREAS, LESSEE is a public law enforcement entity conducting business in the City of St. Paul,
and
WHEREAS, LESSEE'S use of the Leased Premises is for parking, and
WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into Lease No. I-4121 dated November 28, 1995,
providing for the rental of One Hundred Twenty (120) non-desiqnated parkinq spaces located in
�arkinq Iot "Y", in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsev, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into Amendment No. 5 to Lease No I-4121 dated
Januarv 8, 1999 providing for the relocation of Fiftv (50) of the aforesaid non-designated parking
spaces from parking lot "Y" to parking lot "X" and the retention of Seventv (70�parkinq stalis at
parking lot "Y", in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into Amendment No. 6 to Lease No I-4121 dated March
21, 2000, providing for the temporary relocation of LESSEE'S right of use of the Leased Premises
from Lot Y to an alternate LESSOR-managed parking facility and further providing for the return of
LESSEE'S right of use to Lot "Y" on or about December 31, 2000 and for the permanent reduction of
Fift 50 parking stalls in Lot "X", resultinq in a total of Seventv Three (73) parkinq stalis leased all in
Lat "Y".
WHEREAS, the parties to this Lease Agreement deem certain additional terms and conditions
necessary for the effective continuation of said Lease Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE; LESSOR and LESSEE agree to substitution and/or addition of the following
terms and conditions, which shall become a part of this Sublease Agreement No. I-4121 effective as

TERM
LESSOR and LESSEE hereby agree that this Lease Agreement shall be renewed for an
additional term of One (1) vear, commencing on Januarv 1, 2001 and continuing through
December 31. 2001, at fhe same terms and condifions as set forth in the Lease Agreement,
except as provided for herein.
INCREASE 1N PARKING STALLS
EfFective Januarv 1, 2001 and continuing through December 31, 2001,
LESSEE accepts the increase of Twenfv (20) parking stalis in Lot "Y",
of Ninetv Three (93) parking stalls leased in Lot "Y".
RENT
LESSOR grants and
resulting in a new total
3.1 LESSEE shall pay LESSOR for the renewal term the sum of Thirtv Thousand Eiqht
Hundred Twentv Three and 92/100 Dollars ($30 823 92) payable in equal monthly
payments of Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixtv Eiqht and 66/100 Dollars ($2 568 66) at
a gross rate of $27.62 per parking stall per month.
3.2 Each monthly payment to become due and payable on the first day of each calendar
month.
Except as modified by the provisions of this Amendment, said Lease Agreement is ratified and
confirmed as originally written.

AMENDMENT OF LEASE
THIS AGREEMENT is made this 20th day of December, 2000, by and between the State of
Minnesota, Department of Administration acting for the benefit of the Plant Manaaement Division,
hereinafter referred to as LESSOR, and the Citv of St Paul Department of Police 100 East 11
Street St. Paul Minnesota 55101 hereinafter referred to as LESSEE, shall be considered as an
amendment and addition to Lease Agreement No. I-4121,
WI7NESSETH;
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Administration is empowered by Minnesota Statute 16B.24 Subd.5
to rent out state-owned property, and
WHEREAS, LESSEE is a public law enforcement entity conducting business in the City of St. Paul,
and
WHEREAS, LESSEE'S use of the Leased Premises is for parking, and
WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into Lease No. I-4121 dated November 28, 1995,
providing for the rental of One Hundred Twenty (120) non-desiqnated parkinq spaces located in
�arkinq Iot "Y", in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsev, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into Amendment No. 5 to Lease No I-4121 dated
Januarv 8, 1999 providing for the relocation of Fiftv (50) of the aforesaid non-designated parking
spaces from parking lot "Y" to parking lot "X" and the retention of Seventv (70�parkinq stalis at
parking lot "Y", in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into Amendment No. 6 to Lease No I-4121 dated March
21, 2000, providing for the temporary relocation of LESSEE'S right of use of the Leased Premises
from Lot Y to an alternate LESSOR-managed parking facility and further providing for the return of
LESSEE'S right of use to Lot "Y" on or about December 31, 2000 and for the permanent reduction of
Fift 50 parking stalls in Lot "X", resultinq in a total of Seventv Three (73) parkinq stalis leased all in
Lat "Y".
WHEREAS, the parties to this Lease Agreement deem certain additional terms and conditions
necessary for the effective continuation of said Lease Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE; LESSOR and LESSEE agree to substitution and/or addition of the following
terms and conditions, which shall become a part of this Sublease Agreement No. I-4121 effective as

TERM
LESSOR and LESSEE hereby agree that this Lease Agreement shall be renewed for an
additional term of One (1) vear, commencing on Januarv 1, 2001 and continuing through
December 31. 2001, at fhe same terms and condifions as set forth in the Lease Agreement,
except as provided for herein.
INCREASE 1N PARKING STALLS
EfFective Januarv 1, 2001 and continuing through December 31, 2001,
LESSEE accepts the increase of Twenfv (20) parking stalis in Lot "Y",
of Ninetv Three (93) parking stalls leased in Lot "Y".
RENT
LESSOR grants and
resulting in a new total
3.1 LESSEE shall pay LESSOR for the renewal term the sum of Thirtv Thousand Eiqht
Hundred Twentv Three and 92/100 Dollars ($30 823 92) payable in equal monthly
payments of Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixtv Eiqht and 66/100 Dollars ($2 568 66) at
a gross rate of $27.62 per parking stall per month.
3.2 Each monthly payment to become due and payable on the first day of each calendar
month.
Except as modified by the provisions of this Amendment, said Lease Agreement is ratified and
confirmed as originally written.
