RESOLVED, That the Council of� the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the employment of Springsted Incorporated to
provide fiscal consulting services to the City Council,
Mayor and other designated City officials in regard to the
issuance of bonds or other obligations of the City of Saint
Paul for a period of one year from July l, 1977 to June 30,
1978, on a fee basis. whereby Springsted Incorporated will be .
paid an annual retainer of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000),
plus Fifty Dollars ($50) per hour for its time devoted to the
performance of specific services related to each bond issue,
and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to
execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
