RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved ,
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
• Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l. Eugene Doppler, a minor, by Junice Doppler, his
parent and guardian, the sum of $450 .00 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about July 3, 1976, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
July 22, 1976.
2. Kathryn Francy the sum of $35. 00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or
about September 30, 1976, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
June 21, 1977 .
3. Anna Borowski and American Family Insurance Group
the sum of $537 .73 in full settlement of their claim
of damages sustained on or about May 17, 1977, as
more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on May 31, 1977.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
EUGENE DOPPLER, KATHRYN FRANCY, AND ANNA
BOROWSKI AND AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE GROUP
Claimant, Eugene Doppler, a minor, by Junice Doppler, his parent
and guardian, requests reimbursement for injuries sustained on
or about July 3, 1976, at Como Zoo when bitten by a rooster.
This office approves th e settlement of their claim in the amount
of $450 .00
Claimant, Kathryn Francy, requests reimbursement for damages
to her wall when city tree trimming crews removed a tree at
8�2 Mounds Street. Expenses are for the repair of the wall.
This office approves settlement of Ms. Francy 's claim in the
amount of $35.00.
Claimants, Anna Borowski and American Family Insurance Group,
requests reimbursement for monies paid tA repair Ms. Borowski's
vehicle, which was damaged when hit by a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Community 5ervices, vehicle on May 17, 1977.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Borowski and American
Family Insurance Group's claim in the amount of $537 .73 .
