RESOLVED: That Application P 18103 for Class C2-Restaurant, On Sa1e Malt Beverage, Cigarette
and Cigarette Vending Machine Operator (2 Machines) Licenses, applied for by
Restaurant Marketing, Inc.� doing business as Muffuletta, at 2260 Como Avenue, be
and the same is hereby granted with the following conclitions;
l. No signs visible from outside the premises which advertise the sale of beer
or malt beverage non-intoxicating liquor will be pex�ai.tted.
2. Beer or malt beverage non-intoxicating liquor will be sold on the premises
only at booths and tables and in cor�junction with the sale and servi.ce of
food.
3. No stand-up bax commonly used in conjunct3on with the sale of non-intoxicating
malt beverages will be allowed in the licensed premises.
4. No beer or non-intoxicating malt beverage will be sold between the hours of
11:00 o'clock p.m. and 8:00 o'clock a.m.
5. A violation of any one or a combination of ar�y of the above conditions shall
