WHEREAS, Laws of Minnesota 1977, Chapter 423 provides
that upon the request of a city council located within the
county, a copy of each certificate of value for property
located in that city shall be made available to the govern-
ing body of the city; and
WHEREAS, it is determined that the information contained �
in the certificates of value is needed for the records of
the City of Saint Paul; now, therefore, be it �
RESOLVED, that pursuant to law, the Council hereby re-
quests the Director of Property Taxation for the County of �
Ramsey to provide the City with a copy of each certificate
of value which is filed for property located within the City
of Saint Paul and further requests that these certificates
be forwarded to the Council Researcl� Center on a regular
basis which shall be not less than once per month.
