WHEREAS, The St. Paul—Ramsey County Crimin.al Justice
Coordinating Council has reviewed and approved of LEAA grant
known as -the Native American Youth Prolect to be funded from
the 1g78 Ramsey County LEA.A alloeation; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Gity of St. Paul act as sponsoring
unit of government for the project titled Native American Youth
Pro,ject to be conducted by the Native American Indian Center
during the period from January 1, 1978, through December 31,
1978. Mayor Latimer is nereby authorized to apply to the
Governor' s Gommission on Crime Prevention and .Control for
funding the project on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
