Development) � � Council Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date WWEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul did approve the project Day Care Center Rehabilitation as part of the Comnunity Development Year II Program; and WHEREAS, the project was included for implementation by the Housing Authority in the contract between said Authority and the City for Community Development Year II; and WHEREAS, the City, specifically the Comnunity Development Division, has been responsible for implementating the Day Care Center Rehabilitation project; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve the deletion of the Day Care Center Rehabilitation project from the contract between the City and the Housing Authority for Community Development Year II, APPROVED: APPROVED AS TO FUNDING: � , ,, r Richard E.
